As Vice President of Sections & Divisions for the National Bar Association (NBA), Charlyn Stanberry played a vital role in supporting the nation's oldest and largest network of Black American attorneys and judges. She serves on the NBA's Board of Governors, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the legal profession and advocating for justice. Charlyn's involvement underscores her dedication to empowering the Black legal community and fostering impactful connections across the country. Additionally, she has served as Vice President of Regions & Affiliates, Member-at-Large, Assistant Secretary, Legislative Division Chair, Wiley Branton Symposium Co-Chair and multiple terms as the Legislation Committee Chair drafting the NBA’s legislative blueprint and serving as the liaison to Capitol Hill.

The National Bar Association’s 101st Annual Convention entitled “The Rhythm of Excellence: The Power of Promise, The Energy of Now,” is July 25-31, 2026 in Nashville, TN aka “Music City” at the Gaylord Opryland.
